The Persian Nights at Gsteig occurred on the 15th of February, 2018 at the Hotel Résidence Sannetch. A big thank you to Fabi and his team for making this event a memorable and hopefully develop it into a regular feature of the Gstaad social calendar. We are pleased to announce having participated in the annual Pic Nic given by one of the Fotune 500 companies based in Lausanne and Neuchatel for their employees and their families. Attendance at this event was estimated at more than 3,500 guests. There were approximately 50 different stands. Three external participants were invited to participate in this event and we are proud to have been on of the three .
Participation in this event was particularly important for us in that it was a major milestone. To be selected to participate in such an event so soon after commencing operations is quite an acheivement.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a professional production unit fully equipped in Servion (10 KM from the centre of Lausanne).
We took possesion of this facility 1 May, 2017. This acquisition will enable us to cater to your needs in a professional manner respecting all the norms of hygiene. We will be in a position to cater to much larger events, utilise professional techniques like “Sous Vide”.
