Quince and Lamb Stew
Product Description
Quince season is in the winter and this is by definition a wintry dish. We usually use quince to make jams or desserts, this is a very tasty sweet and sour recipe. I think its a happy recipe so its well suited for the festive holiday season.
Ingredients:
- Quince
 - Lamb meat
 - Onions
 - Split peas
 - Sugar
 - Salt & Pepper
 - Ab Ghooreh (unripe grape juice)
 - Lemon/Lime juice
 - Turmeric
 - Cinnamon
 - Cardamon
 - Saffron
