Product Description
This salad is one of my own creations. I thought how can Zereshk Polo be revisited as a salad. All the ingredients of Zereshk Polo are present except the rice which has been replaced by Quinoa. Celery and coriander has been added to provide freshness and crunchiness. Its very refreshing and light and ideal for a summer buffet.
This salad can be consumed with dressing or on its own.
I think when preparing a dish apart from the taste, texture and presentation are very important.

- Quinoa
- Barberies
- Celery/cucumber
- Spring onions
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Turmeric
- Saffron
- Cumin
- Lime/lemon juice
- Balsamic vinegar
