Product Description

I got the inspiration for this salad from the Waldorf Salad. It is essentially the same thing, instead I use the celery roots and not the stem.

Ingredients:

  • Celery roots
  • Granny Smith apples
  • Walnuts
  • Raisins
  • Olive oil
  • Walnut vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
