Chocolate Mousse Persian Twist
Persian cuisine is not very strong on desserts. Before I get lynched, yes, we have a lot of sweets -but not desserts.
So I would like your input on a typical persian dessert.
I have gone someways in resolving my dessert problem. All the suggestions were very inspiring and helpful. The fact remains the Persian cuisine is rather limited when it comes to desserts.
Et voila, take traditional western desserts and give them a Persian twist. This is Mousse au Chocolat à la Perse.A touch of saffron, orange blossom water and cardamom makes it taste as if it came out of our grandma’s kitchen in the old countrty.
