Khoresht e Rivas – Persian Lamb and Rhubarbe casserole.
Its spring and its very exciting as the stalls in the markets are overflowing with lots of delicious produce. One of these being rhubarbe, something I love. Saturday morning whilst I was scourin,g the market I came across the rhubarbes, something I hadn’t seen for months. This gave me the inspiration to make this khoresht. It makes a change from the khoreshts that we usually see on dinner tables.

- Lamb
- Onions
- Salt & Pepper
- Saffron
- Turmeric
- Cinammon
- Lime Juice
