Khorak e Mahi

Product Description

Khorake Mahi is a fish dish that is usually served with Sabzi Polo. In this case I  made a salmon poached in white wine accompannied with a delicious Zereshk (Barberries). It can also be fried fish or Mahi Doodi (tradtional dried Persian fish) which be terribly salty.
