Mixed herb and red bean stew
Ghormeh Sabzi, the mother of all Khoreshts. Its a delicous stew with a delicate blend of herbs, spices, red beans and meat. There are many regional variations to the recipe.
Practically all the Iranians I know love this khoresht. However, with non Iranians it can be hit or miss. They either love it or hate it. There is no grey!
