Stuffed Cabbages
Product Description
This is something that was served at my grand mothers house in Tehran in a different lifetime. Dont see it very often these days so I decided to make it myself. Its cabbage leaves stuffed with a mixture of ground lamb meat, rice, split peas, tarragon a mix of spices. I make it a little chilli which I think goes well wih cabbage.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage Leaves
- Ground Lamb
- Rice
- Split Peas
- Tarragon
- Saffron
- Chilli pepers
- Salt & pepper
- Turmeric
- Cinnamon
