Beetroot, Orange and Feta salad. I came across some very tempting beets in the market this morning and one thing led to another and here we have it! VOILA!
This is perfect dish for the summer: light and fresh. I do it with a lemon and olive oild dressing with a touch of cumin which marries really well with beetroots.

- Oranges
- Feta
- Walnuts
- Dill
- Lemon Juice
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Ground Cumin
