The Miam Festival is a culinary event in Lausanne friendly and affordable. It is in essence the evolution of The Food Truck Festival with its first apparition in 2017 with more than 30,000 visitors.
This year The Miam Food Festival will take place once again at the place de la Riponne – Lausanne. It well assemble the crème de la crème of Lausanne’s culinary actors, restaurateurs, caterers, artisans, producers, food trucks and etc each and everyone carefully selected by the association, “Lausanne à Table” for your pleasure.
There will also be a host of activities with demonstrations, tastings and workshops for the young and the old.
