Cucumber Fine Herbs Gazpacho
|Olive Oil||10 cl|
|Salt and Pepper||Pincé|
- Strain the yogurt in a cloth to get a thicker consistency.
- Pell cucumber and remove grains. Grate finely and squeeze out all the liquid.
- Chop the dill finely.
- Grate the garlic finely.
- In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients season to taste with olive oil, salt and pepper.
