Cucumber Fine Herbs Gazpacho


Product Description

Yogurt 2 kgs
Dill 100 gms
Cucumbers 3
Garlic 5
Olive Oil 10 cl
Salt and Pepper Pincé



  1. Strain the yogurt in a cloth to get a thicker consistency.
  2. Pell cucumber and remove grains. Grate finely and squeeze out all the liquid.
  3. Chop the dill finely.
  4. Grate the garlic finely.
  5. In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients season to taste with olive oil, salt and pepper.
